Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Promotional free shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Urban Brook is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your shipping details.
